Quick Pickle Almost Anything!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Vegetable of your choice (such as cucumbers, carrots, daikon radish, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

  • 1.5 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 minced garlic clove (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thinly slice your vegetable of choice.

  2. Add apple cider vinegar, water and sea salt to a pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes

  3. Combine in a sealed jam jar or mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
